The Dons won three games Friday, Oct. 2, at the Vintage tournament in Napa, beating Tamalpais 13-5, Justin Siena 16-1 and Christian Brothers 11-4, according to the Acalanes Boosters’ tournament recap listed in its Oct. 5 archive.

Those victories followed a three-game stretch in which Acalanes beat James Logan 21-3 on Sept. 29, lost to Las Lomas 9-3 on Sept. 30 and beat Piedmont 13-3 on Oct. 1.

Las Lomas pulls away

Quick bounce-back against Piedmont

The Dons responded to the Las Lomas loss the next day, beating Piedmont 13-3 on Oct. 1, according to the Acalanes Boosters recap.

Three players rotated through the goalkeeper spot: Pigeon, Ryan Graff and Ben Paulsen, who took over in the fourth and made two saves.
